Shop for the Holidays
Share the Spirit is a 3 day Ketchum and Sun Valley event designed to celebrate important local charitable work and to encourage shopping locally Dec 7, 8, 9. 46 participating retail locations are donating 10% or more of their sales to help 24 non-profits. Each retailer has chosen a charity important to them. Many stores will provide refreshments, special promotions, and information on their non-profit partners. Dec 7 Friday participants will be open until 8pm or later.
Sponsors are Sun Valley Property News, RUG, WREP, and the Copy Center. Terry Ring of Silver Creek Outfitters and others got this idea going in 2006 but the recession put it on the shelf. Our local shops are anxious to celebrate their charities and showcase their offerings for the Holidays.
